Potential Delays: Please note that there may be occasional delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control. Our delivery partners may experience high order volumes, which can lead to delays. Additionally, adverse weather conditions can also affect delivery schedules. Furthermore, in compliance with legal regulations, deliveries may be delayed if any legal restrictions, such as Section 144, are imposed.

Delivery Process: While we strive to deliver orders directly to your doorstep, the feasibility of delivery may vary depending on the area. We request customers to cooperate with our delivery partners to ensure a smooth delivery process. In cases where the delivery partner cannot reach the doorstep, customers may need to collect their orders from a designated point.

Unattended Deliveries: If an order is unable to be delivered due to unavailability or any other reason, we can arrange for redelivery upon request. However, please note that an additional custom partner delivery fee may apply for such cases.
